Adjust Inventory Screen

The Adjust Inventory Screen has a clean layout that allows you to add an adjustment reason, description and lookup inventory quickly and efficiently, while also providing information on current inventory positions. The Adjust Inventory Screen can be directly accessed from the main Inventory Module by clicking the  button.

 

The Yard you wish to make adjustments for can be changed in the Select Yard dropdown menu in the upper left corner of the screen.

The Default Adjustment Date can be selected using the calendar in the Default Adjustment Date field.

New Adjustments

New Adjustments can be made by clicking the icon. This will open a screen that allows you to choose the adjustment reason and the commodity you wish to adjust. It will also show you information on Current Inventory Position for the date selected, and allow you to make the adjustment. You can choose to Edit the Adjustment or Edit the Target. When you are finished with the adjustment, click OK.

Adjustments can be deleted by clicking the  icon next to the adjustment on the Make Adjustments screen.

Adjustments can be edited by clicking the  icon next to the adjustment on the Make Adjustments Screen.

When all adjustments have been made, click the  Action Item button in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will update your inventory to reflect the adjustments made.
